Hi Anna,

Thank you for writing in, on your Admin Dashboard navigate to X > Theme Options or if you’re using PRO, its Pro > Theme Options, then under Footer tab look for Footer Content

Hello Anna,

Thanks for updating in! In most cases, when theme options or builder freezes on the loading screen or there is a broken behavior in the WordPress Dashboard, it is possible that your server ran out of memory. You can increase the PHP memory limit yourself in most cases, but there are shared hosting services that do not allow you to increase the PHP memory limit and you will need to contact your hosting service provider to make the necessary changes.

The recommended PHP memory limit is 512 MB. Click here for more detailed information on how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Hello again, thanks for responding.

When I click on the link you sent ‘click here for more detailed information on how to increase the PHP memory limit’ I get taken to a page with an error message that says in top left corner of the blank screen ‘An unexpected error has occurred.’

So next I went to ‘X > Status’ in WP like you suggested and pasting the results below:

Hello Anna,

Based on the information, your server’s PHP version is only 5.6. With WordPress core 5.4, you will need to run at least PHP 7.3 or greater as stated here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

We highly recommend that you increase your PHP version or at least contact your hosting provider to be able to help you update your PHP version.
