Footer Area Not Responsive

The footer is squishing together on mobile. I have used the flex basis like I was advised previously but that still isn’t making the columns stack. What am I doing incorrectly? Thanks in advance.

Please edit the container under Flex Layout option > check on the Wrap Children:
