Footer appearing on the top right side of the page

Would it be too hard to tell me why I have a different behavior with the footer on the following pages which shows on the page’s side instead of the page’s bottom ?

http://test.aieq.qc.ca/bourse-innovation/
http://test.aieq.qc.ca/bourse-gaston-miron/

While it works fine on the following pages:

Hi Shimoda,

Thank you for writing in, there are unclose <div> tag on the content on those pages and it messes up the HTML markup.

Please use this tool to check all your HTML content, and address all found errors, I suspect most of the content of those pages were copy-paste and the broken formatting was copied as well.

Paste your HTML content on the tool provided above, between the <body> and </body> tag. A red x mark will show on the left side if your content has a syntax error, hover-over that x mark to see what is the cause of the error.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

Hi @friech,

Thanks for the tip! We have identified the wrong

tag.

It probably occurred while we cut and pasted the content from the previous WP theme to a text element in Theme X.

Is it normal when switching from another WP theme to Theme X that page content is not rebuilt (basicaly) into theme X?

Hello @shimoda,

You’re always welcome!

Yes, that’s normal on all content builders. Different themes have different ways of handling elements and content. We have to rebuild the page using Cornerstone builder.
