Footer appearing in page content

Hi there,

I have a page on a development site where the footer appears to be squeezed in to the page content, which is obviously not good!

https://b50staging.co.uk/winches/prestige-winches/prestige-off-road-and-recovery/

It looks fine in the Cornerstone preview. Any ideas? It’s the only page it’s happening on, there’s no CSS on it.

Thanks,
Shaun

Hi Shaun,

Thanks for reaching out!

Would you mind sharing your credentials so that we can check the settings on that page? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.

Thanks, that’s done (in my previous post).

Hi Shaun,

It mostly happens due to the broken HTML which is been added within the content. I have checked the content of the page and found that the Text added to the Section 1 is containing a closing div tag without an open tag, and that is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you remove the closing div and check if that resolves your issue or not.
Please remember to clear all types of cache after modifying the content.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Argh! That was it - can’t believe I missed it. Thank you!

Hi Shaun,

Glad that we are able to help you.

Thanks
