Footer and Header builders cant be places from Pro

Hi, we just upgraded to Pro and I cant seem to place the footers and headers from the builders.

While the builders themselves seems to work, the headers and footers I make there are not found anywhere else, and are not placed in the footer area or header areas.

Where the footer should be, I only see a placeholder footer with 2 links, to Pro product page and the nav-menu settings.

Is there something I missed in how to assign footers or footer areas?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the default header and the footer are assigned to the pages. I would suggest you deactivate and delete Pro and reinstall it by downloading from your Theme Account and check if that issue exists or not.
If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi and thanks for the quick reply.

So I managed to solve it with your first suggestion, uninstalling… kinda.
I could not find any way to actually “uninstall” Pro, so I did a restore point recall from when the site was newly made.

After reinstalling Pro it looks like everything works as was intended, the temp footer and header are working now.
