Hello There,

i want to creat a footer like the photo attached shows.
I already swiched the Wiget area to “3” in the theme options.
But when i edite the footer the container still does not show up next to each other.

Can you please help me out with this?

Sometimes the only screenshots don’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.

I have checked the site related to the development from your Themeco Account and that need login credentials for further investigation. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @l_eckardt,

I have checked your website but didn’t find the Footer you mentioned in your screenshot. Even there are no widgets are assigned to the specific Widget Areas that will show in the Footer area. I would suggest you add the specific Footer along with the Widgets and let us know for further investigation.

the picture of the footer also only shows an example of how i want to build it. but i can’t get it to create three columns in the footer.
My question therefore, how do I create these three columns, or where do I have to create them?

Hi @l_eckardt,

You need to add three containers into the Bar as shown in the given screenshot and add a Widget Area element and select the specific Widget Area to show. Now you need to add the widgets from Appearance > Widgets to that specific widget area.
