Fonts Not Loading Properly

Hi guys,

We’re having lots of weird issues with fonts not loading properly, both Google fonts and custom. We’ve added some temporary CSS to partially fix the issue.

But for example, the header font family is listed as:

“ba1478b5-8d8c-42a8-96dc-08fd235b2001”

Which is nothing, so it doesn’t come up.

But the body font and headline fonts are currently showing the attached, which aren’t custom fonts or fonts listed in the Font Manager. And the Script Font font I added in the Font Manager isn’t populating as the font when you select it from the list, even though the script font is shown as the font in the dropdown (blue screenshot)

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear which font you want to load. I have checked your website and found that the Roboto font is loading in most cases. I also found that the Futura font is used in your website, but it is not rendering. The screenshot attached to your thread does not describe which font you are trying to use, and where it is not working correctly. Can you please explain it a bit more and also provide the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Existing page where you have already used the font.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
