Fonts Not Displaying all the time

Hello we seem to be having some issues with fonts

For some reason the fonts will display on Mobile sometimes, but when you refresh the page it stops working and then you refresh and it will work again

Thanks for writing in! You are experiencing the issue because the font files may not have been fully loaded onto the page yet. Please keep in mind that you are using the @font to load your custom font. When the browser does not load the font, the font will not be fully applied into the page elements. Please clear your phone’s browser cache or use private browsing mode and test again.

Is there another way to load the font that is more stable then using the @font?

We have cleared the cache and the problem persists. It load sometimes and other times it doesn’t load

Hello There,

You are doing the exact method of adding a custom font. The solution is the more stable one. I have tested your site in a mobile phone both the android and iPhone and I did not encounter such issues. The font is loading as it is intended to be. It could your mobile browser or that the server gave timed out when loading the font file in your browser. So far, in my testing, I could not replicate the issues from my end.
