Fonts aren't loading

When I go to fonts, it only gives me 3 options: Inherit, Body Copy, and Headings.

When I go to this area on other sites, all of the fonts are there.

Okay, look like you have turned on the Font manager under X > Theme Options > Typography > Enable Font Manager. Please turn it off and see how it goes.

It is off. Was never on. What else could it be?
