Is there a way of setting the icons in the video player element to honour the choice between SVG and font for FontAwesome? I have SVG but it’s still loading as a font and flagging in page speed tests.

Are you referring to this one:
Regretfully this play button icon was with the built-in Stack styles. This cannot change even if you opted for the SVG font awesome icon setting in the Theme Options.
I will add this to our enhancement list.

Yep that’s the one! Same with the other icons that uses (volume, skip, etc) not just the play button.
Be great if they can be converted to SVG by default in the element I guess, then no need to load the font.
