Can you help me figure out why my font weights aren’t displaying on this site?

I’m just trying to apply Helvetica Neue to the site, which isn’t even a custom font. But the only weights I can get it to display are 400 and 700. But it comes built into the theme with 5 weights. Can you help me figure out what’s going on?

When using a Font, you can select the font weight with the exact weights.
The “managed weights” are the ones you can set in the Font manager.

Please make sure that you have the “Helvetica Neue” or the assigned font in your computer system.
You may need to select Google Fonts or the most commonly used fonts if you want to make sure that it will display in any browser or computer system.

I do in fact have all the weights of Helvetica Neue installed on my system. I’m seeing some articles online saying that helvetica has display issues? That’s puzzling as it’s a font that’s built into Pro.
Just trying to figure out what’s going on here as Helvetica Neue is a font built into the brand for this company so we’re forced to use it.
I’m sorry, I should’ve been more clear. I’d like you to help me identify why this built-in font is not displaying correctly on any browser, even after observing the few notes you provided. If you could please log in using the provided credentials that would be appreciated. I’m not sure how Ruenel was able to achieve the 100 weight in the screenshot he sent me - it simply refuses to load correctly on my system in any browser.
I’m hoping that I just have a setting wrong or that’s in conflict, but this is the first time I’ve ever run into this issue in 7 years of working with X/Pro.

I’d first clarify that System Fonts like Helvetica Neue are not built-in, included, or loaded in Pro. System Fonts are on your computer, and Helvetica Neue is only available on Mac. On Windows, it will be fallback to Arial.
Regarding font weights, if a System Font weight is not working, that means the weight is not available in the system or not registered properly.
The solution for your problem is to use Custom Font using the Font Manager. That means you upload Helvetica Neue in the Font Manager (see https://theme.co/docs/font-manager#custom-fonts).
That way, every user of your website will see Helvetica Neue with the proper font weights provided you’ve uploaded the font weights in the Font Manager.
