Font size on 2 places - which one to use

On the element level, there is 2 places to define font size??? I am confused why and which one to use

Thanks for writing to us.

The basic size is the size for that the HTML tags that you set from the basic tag select box.

I would suggest you set the font size for the text from the Text Format’s Font size. In case if you have not seen our doc please have a look at it.
