Font not working on Mobile

Hi,

This is my site: https://redtricycle.co.uk/
I use the Google Font “luckiest guy” as a character font here and there on most pages.

The font works fine on desktop, but not on mobile. On mobile, the font is replaced by a different font. Can anyone tell me why or help me fix this?

Thank you so much!

April

Hey April,

It’s not working even in Desktop on my end. The font is not loaded. How did you add it? Did you use the Font Manager. Please give us details of your Typography setup.

Thanks.

Hi Christian, Happy holidays and thanks for your help! Maybe I missed a step…I thought that since it’s a Google font already on the list, it was enough to add it in:

Templates > Fonts

here

and then I thought if I selected “character” as the font family, in the inspector on a page, it would work. Do I need to do something more?

I wonder why it works on my desktop?

Yes, it should work. Please give us access to your WordPress admin so we could see what’s going on. If you’re using a caching plugin, please clear all caches and deactivate it.

Thanks.

Hi Christian, I’ve attached a secure note above. Hopefully it reached you ok.

Hey There,

I have logged in and the credentials is not working for me. It seems that the password is not working.

To resolve your issue, please add the following CSS code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Luckiest+Guy');

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

It worked!! You are truly magical. Thank you.

On behalf of my colleague, you’re welcome. Cheers!
