Font Manager not displaying custom font on site

Hi,

I have uploaded the .woff, added it to the font manager, saved font but it is not displaying the proper font in the preview or on the site.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brent

Hi Brent,

Thanks for reaching out.

I check your website and you are using WP Bakery Builder to build your website and I guess that’s the reason why the font manager is not displaying on your website.

If you are using the Pro Editor, this is how to looks like:

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hi Marc,

i have buitl a number of sites using pro with the WP Bakery Page builder instead of the pro builder and have never had any of the pro functions not work.

A you can see in the font builder i have archive 500 set up as the heading font, yet the Test Text is definitely NOT the archive font.

this is what the Archive font looks like.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brent

Hey Brent,

I checked your setup and your fonts are getting blocked due the Mixed Content errors:

I then downloaded your font file and tested in my local setup and it was working fine since I had no SSL setup (see screenshot)

You can try fixing the issue by following this thread here Font Awesome issue with SSL version of site and also see https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-fix-the-mixed-content-error-in-wordpress-step-by-step/

Let us know how this goes!

that worked!!

running better search and replace fixed the issue.

I had imported the woocommerce contenent from the current version of the site. I am assuming the insecure content came with it.

thanks again for your help.

Thanks
