Font Manager Not Allowing Uploaded Fonts

Hey All,

I am trying to use a custom font for a site I am building (one not on google of adobe). I am attempting to use the font manager to add this new font, but it is not working. I am able to successfully upload the font, and view it in the media folder, but when attaching the font, it doesn’t display any files in the media folder. I have viewed 2 other threads with similar issues, but the fixes did not work for me (i.e. adding a function to my child theme).

Any help?

Hey all,

Quick update. I did some double checking and it looks like the font WAS added. It’s just that the font manager for some reason is not displaying any of it. Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you for writing in, please do the following first:

• Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)
• Clear all the site caches ( plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache ) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.
• Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing works, please provide us login credentials in a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.
