Font Loading Error

I seem to get a font loading error with FontAwesome. Can you help?

I see this error:
fontawesome-webfont.woff2:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

I also see these:

Thanks for reaching out!

It seems that the font awesome was missing on your Media Library. I suggest that you double check on where did you call the font awesome. You have two options, first, remove that file or re-upload the files then update the correct link calling the fonts.

I have no idea where I am calling that from. My friend said it’s part of the theme.

Please go to X > Theme Options > Miscellaneous > Font Awesome and make sure that Font Awesome is enabled. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
