Font & Color Editors Not Showing

Hi there - just bought Pro and the font and colour editing options are not showing in the Pro launch screen. Yet on another site with Pro they show, is there a setting I’ve missed? See screenshot:

You can access Color and Font manager from Pro > Content and click on the cog icon. Please see screenshot.
