I’ve created a button with text and graphic setup enabled. The graphic is set to an icon and the icon will not display. When it is set to an image, the uploaded image will display, but not the Font Awesome when it is swapped back over.

Thanks for reaching out.
The reason why your font awesome is not showing on your contact us page is because in the Pro > Theme Options > Miscellaneous the solid and regular are turn off.
I went ahead and turn on the solid and regular font awesome and the icon on your contact us page is now working properly.
