Followed instructions but cannot get Pro Page to be full-width

I am trying to get my pro page to be full width. I tried instructions here: Full width background pic and it didn’t work.
Please advise, thanks!

Hey @rotipom,

Your page is actually full width. Please tell us what parts of the page you want to be full width. For example, to make the first image full width, disable the Retina option or double the size of your image so if you’re going to support a 4k monitor, you need a 4,000 x 2000px image or more.
