Follow-up for WPMU fix (temporary or not)

Hello Themeco,
We’re wondering if anyone has found a temporary fix (or permanent) for the major performance issue we have.

In the last 30 minutes, we experienced 4 downtimes due to someone typing text in a new post using CornerStone.

We wouldn’t mind changing it for polling (1 query every 15 seconds) instead of every time a character is typed while the devs are looking into it. We would only need to know what file to look into to kickstart it and fix it on our end.
