I have the INSERT HEADERS/FOOTERS plugin installed. Code for the popup is in the proper place yet it does not show up. The code is correct as I’ve checked, deleted, reinstalled many times. The popup header code works and shows up on every other page I have it posted on. Help! Developers said they do not know and to check here. Could there be a plugin conflict solely on that page which seems odd?

If the issue persists with only our updated parent theme, I would request you share the login credentials of your site in a secure note to investigate. Please include the following details:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
