Just want to report an issue with UI when editor is floating.
Running on 4.1.5
If you drag editor so it floats around the page, when you go to template editor, the import field is under the template page.
If you stick editor to a left or any corner, then it works fine.

I have replicated the issue in my test site and I’ll post this in our tracker so this will be queued for investigation by our development team.
