Hello. Our website’s animations (number counters, flip cards in particular) are not working. We already tried clearing the cache and updating the theme, but still not working. Any solution for this? Thank you.

Are you using the Classic Card and the Classic Counter elements? Please edit your page and change those element by using the new Card and Counter element because the classic ones has a known issue at the moment. The issue has been added already to our issue tracker and our developers are fixing it. We cannot guarantee when the fix update will be release which is why we highly recommend that you use the new elements instead.

Yes–the Classic counter elements (the cards seem to be working again).
Unfortunately we use the counters across our site to display product information as well as usage data. These serve a rather important function on our site.
Please push this up as an urgent fix. has been broken for some time.

as this impacts almost every user–isn’t there at least a work-around or a patch so our sites aren’t displaying ZEROs everywhere we are using this functionality?
