Flickering Screen using Essential Grid plugin

Hello there,

I’ve been in contact with the support via essential grid and they feel the issue I am experiencing is a result of their plugin not responding to another plugin or my theme. When I scroll through my grid, the screen flickers. This happens both on the front end and the back end. My photos are sized appropriately and I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the widget area. I’m really at a loss and cannot figure out how to solve this issue. Any insight will be greatly appreciated! Thank you. -Paul

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully we do not do remote logins. You may set up a staging site online so that we can share it with us for us to check it. By the way, can you please confirm that you have updated to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 6.3.8
  • Cornerstone 3.3.8

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-
