Flexbox some elements top and some bottom

I have four elements within a column which flexbox places them to the start as the image shows. Ideally, I want the bottom two items of the four to be at the bottom. I am not sure how to keep the two text lines at the top and the + / Learn more to the bottom?

Thanks for writing in!

To resolve your issue, simply add an auto top margin to the third element so that the third and fourth elements will be position at the bottom of the column.
