Flex options for Row and Column Level

Regarding the attached files (not related to Header/Footer builder).

I do not find any documentation on the use and functionality of this. Is there any available? I have yet to understand the value of these settings on Rows and Columns and would like to better understand if I can be using this to more easily achieve the responsiveness in my site builds.

Thanks for reaching out.
There is no Flexbox option available for the Row, you can adjust the Layout structure for the different breakpoints by clicking on the Template as shown in the given screenshot.
