Flex centering issue

Using a div with flex centering on a text element I’m getting an error. When the browser is larger the spacing isn’t centered but on small screens the text shows correctly centered. What could be causing the problem? I’ve cleared the style cache. When I view the page in 1200 px or greater the off centering occurs but the settings are identical.

It seems that the flexbox was not set I went ahead and set the column flexbox as the center. Please check your page the title are aligned in the center.
