Hi is there an easy way to add such “Flag Buttons” for Newsletter and social media pages (see picture) to my site?

Hi Nik,
Can you give us more information? We do have social sharing and it is available on single post page at the bottom of the content though not vertical like that. Email is included. You can see settings on Theme Options > Social
That social sharing function is not as flexible though. Another option that you can check is social element. It is flexible enought to build what you want.
