I am trying to put a gap between column so the pictures don’t touch between mixed martial arts and children’s martial arts and cardio kicking not the height but just the width if you know what I mean so I can break up the site. I put hte image as a background image in column vma.vmalongisland.com

Thank you for writing in, please add a bottom margin on the first (MIXED MARTIAL ARTS) and second (CHILDREN’S MIXED MARTIAL ARTS) section.
With a margin/gap between sections though, your gray body background will be visible. You can change that body background under Theme Options > Layout and Design > Background Color
