Fixed mobile nav bar cuts off part of page when returning to top of screen

I want the navbar to remain fixed but I also want to be able to scroll to the very top of the page content without it being cut off. The homepage works fine as expected. The rest of my pages (please experiment with a few using the menu button) get cut off just a little at the top after scrolling down and returning to the top. What is the fix for this? This only happens on mobile. Thanks!!

Actually I fixed it. Used this code (my nav bar was 55px):

.masthead {
min-height: 55px;
}
.home .masthead {
min-height: 55px;
}
}
