Fixed icons disappeared on mobile

Hi,
For a new website, I’ve added fixed icons to the bottom left, as I’ve done many times before, for phone, email, and Instagram. They’re visible on the PC, but unfortunately not on the phone. I’ve checked all the conditions and breakpoints, but haven’t found anything. I hope you can help.
Best regards,
Hannes

Hi @salilou,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have tried to visit your website on my laptop and also in my Android mobile device, but unfortunately, it shows the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.

Can you please check and let us know once it is accessible?

Thanks

Must have been a dropout of the server. Now its working.

Hey @salilou,

I was able to view the icons on my android phone.
Check out the screenshot in the secure note below.

Thanks.

Thank you, but on iPhone Safari and Firefox it is not visible. But it is clickable - strange!

Hello @salilou,

Please clear your mobile phone’s cache or use private browsing mode in Safari and Firefox. Install brave Browser and test it too. I think this is just a cache issue.

Thanks.

Thanks. At first, I also thought it was a cache issue. But none of the methods you described worked on an iPhone. See screenshot of the Brave browser on the iPhone. Mh …

Hi @salilou,

I have checked your website using BrowserStack and found the issue, and it seems that some scroll settings are set to the last bar inside the footer, which causes the problem. I also tried to check it through the desktop, but unfortunately, it still shows the same error. There might be some IP Restriction that is the reason behind that. I would suggest you remove that IP Restriction. Let us know the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thank you. Glad you found the cause of the problem.
Credentials attached.

Hi @salilou,

I have checked and found that the Bar > Setup > Scrolling is enabled, and that might be the reason behind the problem. I disabled it and checked it in BrowserStack and found it is working fine. I would suggest you check it once and disable it if that works for you.

Thanks

Thank you - now it works fine! Surprisingly, the links were invisible but clickable.

Hi @salilou,

Glad to know that everything is working now.
