Fixed content contained in section

I’ve seen on some websites where you’re able to have text or some other element at a fixed position that doesn’t move when the page scrolls, but when the next section scrolls into the window, those elements need to no longer show. So the next section covers it up (as do the rest of elements/sections on the page). So the desired effect is that the background scrolls by, but the text stays still until the next section covers it up. Is there a way to do this, preferably without javascript?

Unfortunately X or Pro doesn’t provide such functionality make similar kind of effect. How ever you can use parallax effect fo animating different layer in a block.

The expected feature need some custom development work which is out of our theme support scope, You can take help from any developer to make it and it needs Javascript too.
