does this theme offer an element for a fixed CTA such as a phone number at the top of the page?

Hello @Jennine,

Thanks for writing to us.

In case if you are using the Pro theme then you can add the CTA button on the top bar with the help of the Custom Header/Footer builder and set the Header Bar sicky.

In case if you are using X theme then you got to X—>Theme Option —>Header—>Top Bar—>You need to do some custom Code here then you will have to style it as well.
