Fix height of cards

Hi there,
Is there any way I can give the flip cards on this page (http://trnelectrical.com/) a fixed height?
I want them to all reach the bottom of the section so when they flip, there is no pale red showing behind the darker red. To achieve this, they all need to be the same height.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please add following CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS to make required changes in flip card items:

.x-card-outer.flip-3d .x-card-inner {
    min-height: 290px;
}
