First slide in Slider Revolution not showing anymore

Hi,

Suddenly, without making any changes in Slider Revolution, the first slide in our homepage Slider (https://columbusspanishplace.com/) is not showing anymore. The slider starts with slide number 2 and all other 5 slides are showing normally, but not the first one. I can still see it listed there if I access Slider Revolution admin and it all looks normal. In fact, we have 3 other websites with the same slider and they are showing that first slide, I don’t understand it…

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the First Slide of the slider is showing properly. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache.

If that is not the first slide is showing currently, please reshare the credentials once again as the previous one is not working.

No, that is not the first slide, that is actually the second one (but obviously now showing like if it was the first one). I am going to share credentials again, it’s weird that they didn’t work earlier, maybe I didn’t copy and paste right…

Hi @marcvendrell10,

I have investigated the slider and found that the visibility of that slide has been set to hidden and that is why the slide is not showing at the frontend. I went ahead and change the option to show it.
