First section is being hidden under header

around 40% of the first section on all my pages is being hidden by the header. Padding is 100px top/bottom as standard. This only recently started happening and cannot figure out how to revert it.

Please help!

Please set the Initial Position of the bar to Relative.

Thought I tried that… maybe cache was causing additional problems.
