First install - Quite a few issues (X)

Hi there,

Getting the following when attempting to activate Cornerstone:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error .
Fatal error : Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes() (previously declared in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php on line 370

Then Superfly extension gives an error when trying to activate

Also the ‘Get Design Cloud’ button simply does nothing. Not sure if that’s got something to do with the Cornerstone issue. Please assist.

Thanks for writing in!

You may be using an outdated PHP version. Please go to Tools > Site Health > Status and make sure that there are no performance issues. You have to resolve them if there are any. And by the way, please also make sure that your Video Lock plugin is up to date using version 2.0.4.

The “Get Design Cloud” will only work if you have validated the X theme. If the above suggested does not resolve any issues on your site, we would love to investigate the issues further. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Thanks for the reply. Had to deactivate one of the plugins (forget now), then it worked. I reactivated the plugin, and all is well now.
