Hello,
I set up a website using the grid-fuction. It works well in Chrome and Safari but in Firefox the lay-out sare not as they should be. Is it possible to solve this?

kind regards, Astrid

Hi Astrid,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to understand the problem without investigating the URL where you are having such an issue. I would suggest you share the URL for further assistance.

Thanks

Yes, ofcourse, https://koneksie-gezinstherapie.nl/
The padding of the textboxes, right and left seem te be different (to big)in firefox.

Hi Astrid,

I have checked the URL in Firefox and found the issue you described here. I doubt that it might be an issue with the cache, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hello Astrid,

Please edit all your Components and in the Row element Size setting, make sure to set a 100% width and maximum width.

Leaving it to auto will not work in Firefox. You will have to set it to 100%.

Best Regards.

Thank you, I changed these options, but also made some other changes, like column sizes, etc. The display is still different in Firefox but I’m satisfied now with the results.

kind regards, astrid

Hi Astrid,

Glad to know that you are now satisfied with the output.

Thanks
