I notice that the filter by topic box is slightly off.
As you can see from the screen shot the border is missing on top. It looks weird.
Can you please help me to fix it?

I have checked your site and I am not seeing any issues in your site.
Please check your site in Chrome or Firefox because most browsers will render the select (dropdown) element differently.
