Hi there,

I would like to format my gravity forms upload field.
I was able to do it partially based on this: http://jsfiddle.net/4cwpLvae/

However, I can’t add any icons to it.
Here’s the page:

It’s at the bottom of the page if you open the accordion. Is there a way to put an image in there or a icon or something?
