I wonder if anyone can help. I installed a featured video plugin successfully and it appears to be working but it isn’t showing up in the Settings/Documents part of the editing page. It’s supposed to be below the Featured Image box. When I looked at the options panel (copied below) it says it is showing. I’ve disabled the plugins and tried different themes to no avail. Any help with be really appreciated.

Since you’ve tested different themes and disabled plugins already, the issue is with the video plugin.or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
