Fewer HTTP requests/add expires header

Hi,

I’m looking to improve my page performance-particularly fewer HTTP requests and expires headers.

On pingdom, I got 48 (F) on Fewer HTTP requests and 78 © on add expires header.

Also shows that I’m using a lot on script (680.1kb). Is there things on X Theme i can do to improve this? Using the W3 Total Cache and will be writing on their forum about this too.
