Featured images not displaying

Hey guys, since updating to the latest version of PRO, my thumbnails for featured images aren’t showing on this page: https://upside.fm/episodes/

They still show on the thumbnails in “Recent Posts” (see bottom of this page: https://upside.fm/)

I appreciate any help!

Hi @jayclouse,

I can see the image is pointing to incorrect URL. Have you change any settings? Look at this screencast: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqeIol0a4L
The images are calling your domain name twice. First, did you clear all cache after update? If not, please make sure to clear all cache. Then if the issue still persists, please do a plugin conflict test. Let’s see if this is not a result of any plugin. To do this try to disable all active third party plugins and then check again. If the issue is gone after this, try to enable each plugin one by one to see which one is the culprit. Note to always save a backup of your site. If the issue persists, please do share your site admin credentials inside a secure note. Thank you.

Hey Lely,

I deleted the cache and checked the plugins – nothing on my side. I don’t define where that image on the page calls from on my side, that just gets pulled from the Themeco code, doesn’t it?

It’s an issue on all of my sites as of yesterday’s updates:

I shared a secure note above with login credentials. Hopefully that helps get to the bottom of things.

Hi @jayclouse,

Thanks for the details but the logins do not seem to work when I tried them. Kindly double check.

For the meantime, kindly also check if you have a plugin installed that controls the image output of the site and try disabling it.

Thank you.

Hey Jade, those details work for me when I log in to https://upside.fm/wp-admin

That account does not work for jayclouse.com or unrealcollective.com.

I do not see a plugin that would control the image output in any way.

Hi There @jayclouse

Upon investigating your issue further, I found that your Jetpack plugin’s site accelerator feature causing this issue. I have disabled the feature, purged your server cache and then your images were loading again.

Thanks!

THANK YOU! Very much appreciate the quick help!

We are delighted to assist you with this.

Cheers!
