Featured image problem

I’m having an issue with my featured image. Here’s my issue
Set featured image to 350px by 200px for thumbnail, showing in post above title. Also tried setting featured image in thumbnail and in post…same issue. Disable plug-ins and nothing worked and watched a video on this issue with no success.

Any ideas?

Can you please confirm how you are setting the featured image size?
The theme automatically generates image size according to use cases.
