Featured image loses quality

Hi, I’ve found a tread about this but none of the solutions helpful. Fresh install of Pro theme, can’t find anything in functions.php

Thanks for reaching out.

Are you referring to the thumbnails on About us page? The quality of the thumbnails is good, and even by opening it with a lightbox, the quality is still good. It’s with Envira Gallery plugin.

Or are you referring to the home page images? They aren’t thumbnail images but yes, quality isn’t good. I recommend contacting the author of ThemeX Homepage FullPage Override plugin. If it’s a custom plugin then you may contact the one that wrote the code of that plugin.

As for further explanation about image sizes and quality, each theme and plugin could register their own sizes and pull those images. Hence, the display could be different from one plugin to another even though they are just the same images. The only solution is editing the code responsible for image size registration and thumbnail display. Currently, image display on your homepage is limited to 1024px but displayed full-screen, it’s blurry.
