Featured image is blurry on post page

Hi, i’ve an image that is 865x649, i’ve updated the thumbnail settings in WP settings Media to this size as well.
However, when featured image on a single post it appears blurry. When i inspect element the size shows as: 864x648 for the thumbnail/featured image. What is the issue here?

Hi, thanks for responding. I was having too much trouble with that, so I figured a way to just hide the featured image across all posts.
