Featured image (child element) visible outside parent element

Would you please have a look at my shop. The featured image (child element) shows outside the border of the figure (parent div) - despite hidden overflow and z-index 1 of parent. Can’t figure out why? Url and login credentials in the secret note.

Thanks so much for your support.

Hello @nblund,

Thanks for writing in!

Please add a border along with your box shadow. The border color can be the same color as the background color.

Best Regards.

Thanks @ruenel, but that didn’t do the trick. All borders of relevant elements are 1 px solid. The black underlying part you can see is not a shadow but the background color of the parent (which for other reasons has to stay black).

Hello @nblund,

The border color of the Figure element must be the same as the background color.

If you use other border border, the black background color will still be visible especially if the border color has opacity in it.

And then the border radius of the Image element must also be disabled.

Best Regards.
