Feature Request - Viewpoint Specific Effect Transitions

Hi there,

Long time user and love of X.

I’m having to create multiple versions of sections when I’m doing more advanced effects that require a bit of delay because I’m not able to set viewpoint specific settings for transitions. Can we add this?

Here’s a sample page I’m working where it would be helpful. Longer transitions look great on desktop but element further down a row just look like an accidental delay on mobile: https://istoria21.wpengine.com/work/

I will surely check with our development team on this if possible to add the effects based on the breakpoints, and will add this as a feature request for future consideration.
