Feature request: Sticky content

Not sure if you guys have an official way to request features, so I thought I would post here.

I often create things like anchor menus for large content pages for my clients. I would love to be able to make the content menu sticky, so it follows the user down the page.

Adding the ability to make any kind of content sticky via an ID would be really great and open up some more design possibilities.
