Feature Request: Static CSS File Generation

A certain competitor launched a cool new feature today for their builder. They now put all the generated CSS from their theme options, the customizer and their builder in a CSS file that can then be minified and all that good stuff. No more inline styles!

I would love to see the same in X/Pro.

What do you think?
